Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a 3rd shift Quality Control Technician for a leading manufacturing client in Oil City, PA. You will audit, test, and measure finished goods to ensure compliance with standards and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the Quality Assurance Department.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least one year in quality control or manufacturing, basic statistics knowledge, and GMP understanding. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related experience in quality control or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of basic statistics.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Understanding of GMP and quality operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Audit, test, and measure finished goods to ensure compliance with customer standards and company policies.
• Apply statistical tools and techniques to monitor plant performance and product quality.
• Complete laboratory testing and collect samples at established intervals for analysis.
• Perform process inspections during molding, packaging, and loading to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Communicate quality issues and out-of-specification conditions to relevant personnel and shift leaders.

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a 3rdShift Quality Control Technician to join their team. As a 3rdShift Quality Control Technician, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting production and quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Control Technician

Location: Oil City, PA

Pay Range: $16hr

Shift: 6:30am to 3pm Monday thru Friday
