Job summary

Essity North America Inc. in Dover, DE is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to support testing and analysis of products in a laboratory setting, ensuring they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

You will perform routine quantitative and qualitative analysis, record results, and help maintain laboratory equipment and safety while following instructions and checklists. This is 1st shift (6:30 AM–3:00 PM, Monday–Friday) with starting pay at $16.41 per hour plus comprehensive

Qualifications

• High school degree is required.
• Working experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine quantitative and qualitative chemical or biological analysis to verify process conditions and compile research data.
• Evaluate the physical characteristics of raw materials and products.
• Record results, perform calculations, and prepare simple technical reports, including conclusions and recommendations.
• Follow instructions and checklists to set-up equipment and apparatus and mix chemical solutions for use in tests.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on laboratory equipment to ensure it is in good working order.

About the Role

To support the testing and analysis of products in a laboratory setting, ensuring they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves assisting in the execution of routine tests, maintaining laboratory equipment, and recording data accurately.

Schedule: 1st shift 6:30AM-3:00PM M- F

Compensation and Benefits:

Starting pay begins at $16.41 per hour + full benefits, with the opportunity for higher pay based on experience and qualifications
