Job summary

Essity is seeking a lab technician in Dover, Delaware to assist in testing and analysis of products in a laboratory setting. The role involves executing routine tests, maintaining equipment, and recording data to meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

The position offers a 1st shift (6:30 AM–3:00 PM) and a comprehensive benefits package. A high school diploma and some lab experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine quantitative and qualitative chemical or biological analysis to verify process conditions and compile research data.
• Evaluate the physical characteristics of raw materials and products.
• Record results, perform calculations, and prepare simple technical reports, including conclusions and recommendations.
• Follow instructions and checklists to set-up equipment and apparatus and mix chemical solutions for use in tests.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on laboratory equipment to ensure it is in good working order.

What You Will Do

Compensation and Benefits:

Starting pay begins at $16.41 per hour + full benefits, with the opportunity for higher pay based on experience and qualifications
