Job summary

Essity is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to support testing and analysis of products in a laboratory setting. You will perform routine quantitative and qualitative analyses to verify process conditions, evaluate raw material and product characteristics, and record results with calculations for simple reports.

You will also set up equipment, mix solutions, and perform routine maintenance and safety checks on lab gear.

Qualifications

• High school degree required; working experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine quantitative and qualitative chemical or biological analysis to verify process conditions and compile research data.
• Evaluate the physical characteristics of raw materials and products.
• Record results, perform calculations, and prepare simple technical reports, including conclusions and recommendations.
• Follow instructions and checklists to set-up equipment and apparatus and mix chemical solutions for use in tests.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on laboratory equipment.
