Manager, Talent Solutions | 24 Seven Talent

We are seeking a skilled Quality Inspector with a strong background in the power industry to support technical operations and ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to operating and engineering personnel through inspection and nondestructive testing (NDT) of structures, systems, components, and equipment.
• Perform and coordinate NDT activities to verify adherence to standards, specifications, and management expectations.
• Inspect parts, assemblies, and subassemblies against engineering drawings and prints.
• Identify and report quality issues, initiate non-conformance reports (NCRs), and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and analyze quality-related data.
• Conduct dimensional inspections and ensure manufacturing processes meet quality standards.
• Initiate corrective action requests for recurring quality issues.
• Complete and review all quality documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Perform specialized testing as required.
• Travel to facilities as needed to support inspections and testing activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with technical counterparts, trade allies, and customers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in inspection and testing within the power or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of nondestructive testing methods and dimensional inspection techniques.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and regulatory standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
