Job summary

Dunton Consulting LLC is seeking a Quality Control Coordinator in Greenbelt, MD. You will ensure canvassers and field supervisors follow policies and perform data validations to reflect accurate voter surveys in the CRM.

Preferred candidates have campaign or managerial exposure, must complete a training, possess a valid license, and have their own vehicle and smartphone for field work.

Qualifications

• 2 hr unpaid training prior to starting the role.
• Minimum of two paid canvass shifts before assuming duties.
• Candidates must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license.
• Must provide driving abstract and proof of insurance coverage.
• Must have own vehicle and smartphone for work.
• Ability to transport canvassers and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensure canvassers and field supervisors comply with company policies.
• Perform sample validations to ensure data quality.
• Maintain professional image and foster open dialogue.
• Transport canvassers as needed and ensure safety.
• Document important conversations and maintain records.
• Manage movement and productivity of canvassers.
