Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years in heavy civil construction testing, inspection, or supervision.
• Experience with U.S. construction standards and codes.
• Familiarity with contract specifications in QC/QA (preferred).
• Experience with Microsoft Office (preferred).
• ACI or related certifications (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Inspect concrete mix designs and submittals.
• Inspect concrete steel reinforcement and formwork.
• Develop understanding of the quality control program and standards.
• Perform inspections and witness tests to determine acceptability of work.
• Maintain inspection records and related documentation.
• Assist in coordinating QC procedures and audits.
• Review purchase documents for QC compliance.
