Job summary

NPAworldwide in Rockford, IL is seeking a Key Quality Engineer to ensure IATF 16949 compliance and alignment with customer requirements. You will partner with engineering, production and customers to deliver quality outcomes.

The role leads investigations into customer complaints, including root cause analysis, PPAP, and control plans. A BS in a technical field and knowledge of GD&T and CMM are required. An immediate opening with a 5% yearly bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• BS in Technical, Quality, Manufacturing or related field.
• Automotive quality systems experience preferred.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, GD&T, CMM and PPAP.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, customer requirements and internal standards.
• Lead or support investigations of customer complaints and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering, production and customers on quality initiatives.
