Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Quality Control Engineer to implement and manage the QC program for durable, reliable installations. Responsibilities include developing project QC plans, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and leading audits to ensure compliance with standards.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management (Industrial/Systems Engineering preferred) and the ability to pass a background check. Knowledge of USACE/NAVFAC 3-Phase QC is required.

• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Working knowledge of USACE/NAVFAC 3-Phase Quality Control System.

Responsibilities

• Gather customer quality requirements and develop project quality plan.
• Create and maintain project quality plan and QC checklists.
• Conduct mutual understanding meetings with subcontractors.
• Coordinate inspections and audits with 3rd party inspectors.
• Lead audits to measure adherence to policies and drive improvements.

Education

Bachelor's Science Degree in Engineering or Construction Management (Industrial/Systems Engineering preferred)
