Job summary

AOI seeks a Quality Control Engineer to support the launch and manufacturing operations at the FAB2 facility in Sugar Land, Texas. You will collaborate with engineering teams to address quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to ensure products meet stringent standards.

The role involves leading quality improvement projects, training production teams, and ensuring compliance with industry and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in semiconductor laser dies or photonic integration QC.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with data analysis software and systems.
• Knowledge of quality standards, regulations, quality control, and production quality control.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Mandarin bilingual is a plus.
• Six Sigma/Lean Sigma knowledge is a plus.
