Role Summary:
As a Quality Documentation & Inspection Specialist, you will be responsible for inspecting and verifying controlled materials before shipment and ensuring all required customer documentation is accurately prepared and submitted. Your attention to detail will help maintain our production flow and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily controlled material shipments by preparing and submitting required documentation
Retain and manage supplied documentation using the CVO_Apps Scanstation
Identify non-conformances by reviewing part numbers, product markings, and documentation
Utilize software tools to prepare QA documents
Conduct inspections per Flowserve’s plans and part drawings
Accurately use or learn to use precision measuring and test equipment
Document and report inspection findings in a timely and accurate manner
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
5+ years of relevant experience
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; computer-savvy in general
Experience in quality or documentation roles is a plus
Familiarity with Flowserve products and QA documentation is a plus
