Job summary

Peckham Industries, Inc. seeks a Quality Control Crew Member to ensure dimensional conformance, proper setup, and complete QA documentation for precast products.

The role uses 3D models and laser projections to assist setup and relies on laptops/tablets and inspection tools, with electronic records for traceability and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include performing inspections, maintaining QA data integrity, and coordinating with Engineering for corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing/construction environments preferred.
• Quality control experience; will train the right individual.
• High School Diploma or GED required; some college/technical school preferred.
• Proficient verbal and written English.
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
• Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Forms) preferred.
• ACI Concrete Field-Testing Grade I and PCI Level I/II certifications required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Protect family and friends. Follow company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Own quality assurance objectives aligned with company policies and goals.
• Conduct quality inspections and document findings.
• Review data from QA activities to ensure standards and procedures.
• Communicate technical and program information to management and staff.
