IKO North America is seeking a Quality Control Coordinator for its granule manufacturing facility in Ironton, Missouri. This role is essential in ensuring all granule products meet internal specifications and customer requirements, focusing on continuous improvement and safety.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, relevant experience in quality control, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Qualifications

• 2–5 years of quality or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform sampling and laboratory testing of roofing granules.
• Monitor production processes for compliance with specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of test results and inspections.
• Investigate quality issues and assist with root cause analysis.
• Support plant audits and ensure compliance with quality standards.
