Job summary

IKO Industries Ltd. is seeking a Material Handling Coordinator at our Missouri plant. You will receive, inspect, and organize parts and materials, operate a forklift, and ensure accurate stock levels to support maintenance and production.

This role reports to the Maintenance Manager and requires attention to inventory accuracy and safety. The position emphasizes warehouse organization, cycle counts, and collaboration with planners and production teams to optimize stocking and material flow.

Qualifications

• Requires Lean Manufacturing and inventory control knowledge.
• Experience with warehouse practices and material handling.
• Forklift license is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and sort incoming parts and materials; operate a forklift to move items as needed.
• Stock items in organized locations and maintain accurate labeling and location accuracy.
• Process requisitions and distribute parts to internal users; prepare parts for PM work orders.
