Job summary

Rebag is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control / Fulfillment associate to support operations in our New York location. You will inspect orders, control inventory quality, perform data entry and use our in-house software to ensure accurate records.

The role emphasizes fast-paced work with a hands-on mindset. Ideal candidates bring experience in quality control and fulfillment, familiarity with Google Suite, Zendesk or Shopify is a plus, and a willingness to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

The overall responsibilities include but are not limited to perform and assist the operations department with quality control tasks of fulfillments, order picking, packing, and the distribution of products.

How We Measure Results

• Inspect products and quality control of orders to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Control the quality of the inventory, and categorize inventory in the database.
• Basic data entry and computer skills
• Using in-house software, providing precise, accurate information for records.
• Meeting immediate goals, deadlines, standards, and expectations
