Job summary

Rebag, a luxury resale platform, seeks a detail-minded teammate to assist the operations department with quality control tasks including fulfillments, order picking, packing, and product distribution across its New York operations.

You will inspect products, control inventory quality, perform basic data entry, and use in-house software and Google Suite. Prior QC or eCommerce fulfillment experience is a plus; ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required; operate with urgency.

Qualifications

• Hands-on attitude with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate proficiently with team members.
• Detail-oriented and accurate; learns new platforms quickly.
• Prior experience in Quality Control is preferred.
• Experience in fulfillment/shipment and eCommerce is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control on fulfillments to ensure orders meet standards.
• Inspect inventory quality and categorize items in the database.
• Basic data entry and use of in-house software for records.
• Meet deadlines and support leadership with additional tasks.
• Assist with packing and shipping as needed.
