The Quality Control Analyst I will support Capstone systems and processes as a researcher, analyst, and problem solver. She/he will review contractual documents, work with management to identify issues in partner agreements, and assist in ensuring

Responsibilities

• Partner contract management.
• Create/Modify business requirements for all partners in company database.
• Create/Modify partner price sheets and review terms.
• Ensure price changes are communicated to stakeholders.
• Weekly close-out process.
• Inter-departmental liaison supporting compliance.
• Credit card program management and vendor relationship.
• Maintain and create process documentation for cross training and improvement.
