Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a Quality Control Analyst I to support Capstone systems and operations. This role involves researching and analyzing contractual documents and collaborating with Operations & Business Development to identify key issues before execution.

The candidate will work closely with the direct Manager to review partner agreements, ensure accuracy of contractual terms, and help maintain compliance across departments.

Responsibilities

• Partner contract management and oversight of contractual documents.
• Create/Modify business requirements for all partners in company database.
• Prepare/modify partner price sheets and identify issues before agreements.
• Communicate price changes to relevant parties for visibility.
• Support weekly close-out processes.
• Act as inter-department liaison to support compliance requirements.
• Manage credit card program and vendor relationships.
• Create and maintain process documentation for cross-training and improvement.
• Assist in other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

As a Quality Control Analyst I, you will be expected to be knowledgeable and capable as a researcher, analyst and problem solver for Capstone systems and operational processes. Assisting in reviewing and administering contractual documents provided by Operations & Business Development. He/She will work closely with the direct Manager in identifying key issues pertaining to partner agreements prior to executing.

Key Duties/Responsibilities

• Partner contract management
• Create/Modify business requirements for all partners in company database.
• Create/Modify partner price sheets. Assist in identifying issues with contractual terms before agreements are executed.
• Ensure price changes are communicated to all relevant parties to provide visibility, transparency, and awareness.
• Weekly close-out process
• Inter-departmental liaison Supporting operations in executing compliance requirements
• Credit card program management and maintain relationship with third party vendor.
• Maintaining and creating process documentation for cross trainingResearching and identifying process improvement opportunities Other duties as assigned.
