Job summary

The Quality Control Clerk will be an essential part of warehouse operations, inspecting inbound shipments for damage or missing items, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety guidelines. You will collaborate with the QA team to identify issues early and support continuous improvement.

You will verify outbound orders against pick lists and invoices, document non-conformances, coordinate rework or returns, and log inspection reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or quality control setting.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy packages (often up to 50-75 lbs) for extended periods.
• Strong observational skills with keen attention to detail to identify minor defects and data errors.
• Familiarity with inventory management software, handheld scanners, and basic math for measurement.

Responsibilities
