Manpower Group (USA) is assisting a leading quality assurance and manufacturing company in Zelienople, PA to hire a Quality Control Inspector. You will inspect materials, maintain quality records, and support receiving and non-conforming materials to ensure compliance in a fast-paced plant.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 1+ year in mechanical inspections (FDA/ISO environment preferred), and familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and depth gauges.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical degree or certification preferred.
• At least one year of experience in mechanical inspections, preferably in FDA/ISO regulated environment.
• Basic knowledge of inspection and sampling techniques; familiarity with ANSI/ASQ Z1.4.
• Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and depth gauges.

Responsibilities

• Complete inspections of materials and maintain quality records, including receiving files and non-conforming material reports.
• Maintain the receiving area in a neat and organized manner, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Check and unload incoming shipments, inspecting goods to verify quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and keep detailed records of findings.
• Examine incoming shipments, record shortages, reject damaged items, and identify non-conforming materials.

Pay Range: $18/hr

Shift: Days (16:00-18:00)
