Job summary

Kelly Science & Clinical in Rosenberg, TX seeks a Quality Control Chemist II to perform analytical testing of materials and finished products, maintain equipment, and ensure cGMP compliance in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

This role requires a B.S. in Chemistry and 2+ years in a professional chemistry lab with instruments like HPLC, GC, CE, ICP, FTIR, TOC, MS, or dissolution equipment; standard Monday–Friday hours.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry.
  • 2+ years of experience in professional chemistry laboratory.
  • 2+ years of experience with analytical instrumentation such as HPLC, GC, CE, ICP, FTIR, TOC, MS, and dissolution apparatus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform and/or assist with analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
  • Utilize analytical laboratory instrumentation with supervision.
  • Comply with cGMP regulations and follow all standard operating procedures.
  • Peer review data generated by other technicians.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and analytical instrumentation within level of experience.
  • Perform and/or assist with equipment calibrations and qualifications.
  • Other related duties as required.

Pay Rate:

$25-32/hour

Overview:

This client is a leading CDMO focused on providing services for the full drug product lifecycle. In this role, you will conduct analytical testing of materials and products, maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment, review peer data, and ensure compliance with cGMP regulations in a collaborative pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, standard working hours

Responsibilities:
