Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience as a Quality Auditor Technician or equivalent.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic reading and writing comprehension.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office within 6 months of hire.
• Ability to perform basic math and simple statistics.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform all job duties safely and in compliance with regulations.
• Complete all department audits at intervals provided by your supervisor.
• Communicate audit findings clearly with team members and leadership.
• Monitor production and shipping processes to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with team and leadership to maintain product quality.
• Report quality concerns to leadership.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Must be able to work scheduled shifts and meet attendance requirements.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Support others with a team-based mindset.
• Present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings.
