Rheem Manufacturing Company is seeking a Director of Quality Supplier to lead enterprise supplier quality initiatives from its Atlanta, GA location (Hybrid). The role oversees 1000+ suppliers and drives transformation through risk management, QMS deployment, and data-driven governance.
Qualifications include a mechanical/electrical/industrial engineering degree, 10+ years managing teams, 7+ years in electro-mechanical industries, and a strong track record with APQP/PPAP and Six Sigma
The Director, Quality Supplier, is responsible for driving internal and external supplier quality and development initiatives. This individual will be a customer focused transformational leader driving execution across supply categories strategically focusing resources across 1000+ suppliers. This position will serve our Enterprise Division, located in Atlanta, GA (Hybrid).

Establish a methodology to monitor and measure adherence to Rheem Supplier Quality Manual, Quality Management System, regulatory and industry standards.
