Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Quality Control Associate to support accuracy and improvement of in-house product quality across repair workflows. You will analyze returns data, document standards, and maintain auditing tools to drive corrective actions.

In this role you will review customer garment repairs, photograph samples, coordinate with Production and Customer Engagement, and help ensure timely repairs and shipments while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:The Quality Control Associate has the overall responsibility to support the accuracy, consistency, and improvement of in-house product quality. This position will possess specialized knowledge that includes but not limited to the following four areas:Ensure a high level of internal and external communication regarding all customer repairs.Analyze statistical data of customer returns to determine areas of focus.Formulate, document, and maintain quality control standards.Review/fit and photograph custom samples.Ensure a high level of internal and external communication regarding all customer repairs:Monitor and analyze emails from Customer Engagement daily to ensure timely and efficient communication.Communicate potential issues to cross-functional teams.Follow-Up with Production and Customer Engagement to ensure Repair Orders are executed correctly and timely.Build strong working relationships with Production, Customer Engagement, and other production departments to ensure clear communication and effective resolution.Analyze statistical data of customer returns to determine areas of focus:Review/Inspect all returned garments for repair and create an action plan.Investigate and initiate corrective action plans for all major quality issues.Assist in developing internal auditing tools and auditing reports.Analyze internal audits and reports to create a focused corrective action plan.Review and ensure garments get repaired and shipped at a timely manner.Formulate, document, and maintain quality control standards:Assist in on-going Quality Control Standard setting.Monitor and report on all activities, processes, and procedures.Maintain an active role on internal continuous improvement teams.Review, fit and photograph custom customer samples:Receive custom customer samples from Design and review them for accuracy and completeness.Confirm sample sizing and fit garments on forms in the fitting room to ensure they meet specifications.Photograph fitted samples to clearly document the final fit and appearance.Ensure all sample photographs are properly saved and organized on the company’s shared drive for reference.Deliver completed samples to Inspection for final review and proper shipping.**position may take on additional responsibilities as needed**Skills Required to Perform Successfully:Exceptionally organized and solution oriented.Collaborate and develop relationships cross-functionality to expand process knowledge, exchange ideas and leverage resources and expertise to improve processes as needed.Positive, professional demeanor and proactive approachStrong written and verbal communication skills.Able to prioritize multiple tasks across multiple seasons successfully.Self-starter, able to accomplish goals with little supervision.Education/ExperienceProficiency with personal computers in a Microsoft Windows environment for Excel and Word is required.
