Oliver Bonas is seeking a proactive Quality Control Assistant to support the warehouse and QC teams in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will inspect samples across OB product categories prior to warehouse intake, assist with AQL procedures, and liaise with Buying, Merchandising and Customer Services to resolve issues promptly.

Ideal candidates will have attention to detail, experience in quality or technical roles, and the ability to work independently in a busy warehouse.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality or technical departments is preferred.
• Knowledge of garment and accessory construction is essential.
• AQL procedures knowledge is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Check weekly intake schedules and prepare documents for AQL inspection.
• Prepare product specs, pictures, and technical information for inspection.
• Communicate with QC Manager and team daily about intake and issues.
• Liaise with merchandising and goods-in teams to request priorities.
• Organise remedial solutions with third-party UK processors for failed products.
• Investigate quality issues raised by OB Stores and Customer Services.
• Update QC reports and schedules.
• Inspect samples of each OB product category before warehouse intake.
