Job summary

Polysciences, Inc. in Warrington, PA is hiring a Quality Control Analyst I to help ensure the quality and reliability of our specialty chemical products.

You will perform routine analytical testing and operate a range of laboratory instruments in a collaborative, regulated environment. You will gain hands-on experience with GDP/data integrity, support investigations, and assist with product release alongside Production and QA teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related science field.
• Experience with GDP and data integrity.
• Ability to work in ISO 13485 or FDA GMP environment preferred.
• Strong documentation and software skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Operate instruments including pH meters, GC-FID/MS, TOC analyzers, Karl Fischer titrator, and AA.
• Document results per GDP and ensure data integrity.
• Support investigations of OOS results and assist with documentation.
• Collaborate with QA, Production and Planning to support release.
• Maintain 5S and a clean, safe lab; participate in continuous improvement.
