Responsibilities

• Perform routine analytical testing of materials and products per specifications.
• Operate a range of analytical instruments listed in procedures.
• Document results with GDP/data integrity in mind.
• Support investigations of Out-of-Spec results and data collection.
• Conduct instrument verification, calibration checks, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Production, QA, and Planning for product release schedules.
• Assist with review and revision of lab procedures and methods.
• Support inventory management and testing supplies.
• Maintain a clean, safe 5S lab environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement for quality and efficiency.
• Follow FDA GMP/ISO 13485 requirements in daily work.
