As a Quality Control Technician, you will validate data files and proofing outputs, maintain logs, and support a 24/7 manufacturing operation. A background in printing and data analysis helps ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two years' technical data analysis, manipulation and integration in publishing.
• Direct Mail print experience and USPS formatting basics.
• Understanding of digital printing specs for color matching.
• Strong math and communication skills (verbal/written).
• Project management skills.
• Ability to communicate with external and internal clients.
• Customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Support accounts or projects by evaluating client needs and tracking non-conformance to standards.
• Provide QC protocols to ensure projects meet client specs and review proofs prior to delivery.
• Maintain technical competency and follow QC/SOP standards.
• Provide off hours/weekend support for a 24/7 manufacturing operation.
• Coordinate with PM/Customer Service/Production to move jobs through lifecycle with quality and on schedule.
