Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Records Specialist to compile, process, and analyze QC records for aircraft configuration, flight status, and TO compliance. The role includes generating DRs, auditing documents, and coordinating aircraft releases with field operations.

The candidate will verify post-flight and pre-flight forms, maintain flight records per TOs, and manage engine/oil analysis data.

Responsibilities

  • Compile, process, and analyze QC records for aircraft configuration, flight status, mandatory LRUs, engine parts life, and TO compliance.
  • Generate Quality Deficiency Reports (DRs) for flight/maintenance discrepancies.
  • Document Review & Auditing: Verify manufacturing, inspection, and manual entry documents; audit reports and changes.
  • Aircraft Release Coordination: Certify release records during component or aircraft movement; ensure DR disposition at release and DD-250 generation.
  • AFTO & HRCN Processing: Complete AFTO Form781E; initiate HRCNs and report engine transactions.
  • Engine & Oil Analysis Management: Track engine parts life; sample and report JOAP data.
  • Technical Order Maintenance: Maintain the TO file and review notices.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Basic Qualifications
  • 5years of experience in aerospace quality control, aircraft configuration management, or related field.
  • Experience with Air Force Technical Order Forms 781 Series, Technical Orders, and U.S. Air Force maintenance documentation.
  • Experience with electronic record‑keeping systems (e.g., Comprehensive Engine Management System, engine life‑tracking software, Integrated Maintenance Data System, etc.).
Desired Skills
  • Familiarity with Joint Oil Analysis Program (JOAP) procedures.
  • Experience with historical records change notice (HRCN) processes.
  • Knowledge of aircraft release procedures and DD‑250 documentation.
  • Experience with maintaining F-16 Aircraft
Pay Information
  • $34.20 - $54.90
