Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector for a 90-day assignment in Reynolds, IN. You will inspect materials, the production line, and the warehouse, recording findings and reporting issues to supervisors to ensure safety and quality.

Responsibilities include tracing root causes, supporting continuous improvement, following policies, and adapting to overtime as needed to meet production demands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time management; work independently.
• Good reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Comfortable with basic math such as fractions, percentages, and ratios.
• Able to collect information, spot problems, and draw conclusions.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) or willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with Pareto charts or root cause analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

Department: Operations|Reports to: Quality Control Supervisor

Pay: $18.50/hr

Schedule: 2nd– 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm3rd– 11:30 pm to 7:30 am

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to help make sure every product we make is safe, high quality, and meets customer and regulatory standards. You'll inspect incoming materials, products on the production line, and the warehouse and facility, then record what you find and report any problems to the Production Supervisor and Quality Manager. You'll also help coach teammembersso quality is built in from the start.
