Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector for a 90-day assignment in Reynolds, IN. You will inspect incoming materials, the production line, and the warehouse, recording findings and reporting issues to the Production Supervisor and Quality Manager.

You\'ll also help coach teams to build quality in from the start, assist with root cause analysis, maintain records, and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED may be preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management.
• Good reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Comfortable with basic math (fractions, percentages, ratios).
• Able to collect information, spot problems, and draw conclusions.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products during production and before shipment to meet specifications.
• Check ingredients and materials for contamination.
• Record inspection results daily and keep records up to date in the system.
• Report quality issues to supervisors and management.
• Suggest improvements and help identify root causes.
• Support continuous improvement with production staff.
• Assist Quality Manager on special projects.
• Learn and follow company policies, procedures, customer requirements, and industry standards.
• Work overtime as needed.

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to help make sure every product we make is safe, high quality, and meets customer and regulatory standards. You'll inspect incoming materials, products on the production line, and the warehouse and facility, then record what you find and report any problems to the Production Supervisor and Quality Manager. You'll also help coach teammembersso quality is built in from the start.

What You'll Do

• Inspect products during production and before they ship to make sure they meet specifications
• Check that ingredients and materials are free from contamination
• Record and file inspection results every day, and keep records up to date in the system
• Reportany quality issues to supervisors and management right away
• Suggest ways to improve quality, testing, and processes, and help find the root cause of problems
• Work with production staff and management to support continuous improvement
• Help the Quality Manager with special projects
• Learn and follow company policies, procedures, customer requirements, and industry standards
• Work overtime when production needs it

What We're Looking For
