The Quality Control worker is responsible for examining finished products and using precision measuring tools to ensure the products meet the required specifications.

Job Duties

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections on raw materials, in-process parts, and finished products.
• Use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and tape measures to verify product specifications.
• Document inspection results, record defects, and maintain detailed quality logs.
• Reject nonconforming materials and communicate findings to production and supervisors.
• Ensure products meet company, customer, and industry standards before release.
• Perform incoming inspections on supplier materials to verify quality.
• Participate in audits and quality meetings as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
