Job summary

Nesco Resource, LLC in Sandusky, OH is seeking a Quality Control Associate to support daily receiving and administrative operations for home decor merchandise. The role runs Mon-Fri 6am–3:30pm and Sat 6am–2:30pm, with a pay rate of $14.00/hr.

The position focuses on accurate processing, verification against orders, and timely documentation of returns and transfers. Responsibilities include maintaining organized inventory records, assisting during peak periods, and contributing to team goals

Responsibilities

• Assists with daily receiving and administrative operations, ensuring all incoming home decor merchandise is processed accurately and efficiently
• Verifies incoming shipments by matching items, quantities, and item numbers against purchase orders, packing slips, and system records, identifying discrepancies and reporting them promptly
• Completes product returns and transfer documentation in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring records are properly updated and aligned with inventory systems
• Maintains highly organized records for received goods, damages, shortages, and overages to support inventory control
• Supports seasonal volume fluctuations by prioritizing tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy during high-volume receiving periods
• Contributes to overall team success by assisting with additional warehouse and administrative tasks as needed to support operational goals
• Protects company by always keeping business information confidential

Quality Control Associate
Mon.-Fri. 6am-3:30pm Sat. 6am-2:30pm.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assists with daily receiving and administrative operations, ensuring all incoming home decor merchandise is processed accurately and efficiently
