Job summary

Georgia-Pacific LLC is seeking a Reliability Supervisor to lead the Sheboygan, WI maintenance team at our corrugated packaging facility. You will drive reliability initiatives, safe operations, and continuous improvement while developing people and solving complex technical problems.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will optimize asset uptime, implement preventive and predictive maintenance, and collaborate with Operations to maximize line efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Experience overseeing maintenance teams and driving reliability improvements.
• Hands-on experience with preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Familiar with CMMS or similar maintenance management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi-skilled maintenance team with a focus on safety and reliability.
• Own asset reliability; drive preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance.
• Partner with Operations to improve line efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Coach and develop staff; foster accountability and problem solving.
• Provide technical direction on troubleshooting, repairs, and quality of craft work.
