Job summary

Pennex, a leading aluminum cast products and extrusions provider, is seeking a Continuous Improvement and Quality Manager for its Greenville, PA site. You will lead the Quality Management System, drive operational excellence, and partner with operations to reduce waste and improve processes to meet customer requirements.

The role requires strong quality leadership, experience with ISO/IATF, Lean/Six Sigma, and ERP/MRP systems, including D365.

Qualifications

• ISO/IATF experience or certification preferred
• ERP/MRP experience required, D365 preferred
• Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred
• Experience with Quality Management System and implementation is required

Responsibilities

• Lead QMS and product quality across manufacturing operations.
• Identify opportunities, drive problem solving, and execute corrective actions.
• Represent voice of the customer and design processes to meet needs.
• Coordinate RMA and CCN activities with Sales, Customer Service and Manufacturing.
