Qualifications

• HS education or equivalent.
• Advanced Excel and SPC knowledge desirable.
• CI Inspector and Lead person qualified.

Responsibilities

• Assist CI manager in all department areas, schedule and train employees.
• Perform and monitor quality checks to prevent defects across departments.
• Determine and manage substandard product and raw materials, deciding rework, sale, or scrap.
• Enter vendor (raw material) complaints into SAP.
• Lead quality incident investigations to identify root causes and preventive actions.
• Oversee sort activities, mentor temporary staff, and manage SAP entries.
