Job summary

DSJ Global seeks a Senior Quality & Operations Leader for its Columbus, Ohio site. You will own the QMS, drive ISO 9001 compliance, and lead audits and CAPA programs to ensure top quality and regulatory adherence.

You will define KPIs, perform root cause analysis, advance Lean initiatives, and collaborate with Supply Chain, IT, and Procurement to improve overall performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality or operations experience in a distribution environment.
• Lean Six Sigma experience and strong data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of WMS and inventory control systems.

Responsibilities

• Own QMS including SOPs, document control, audit schedule, and management review.
• Serve as site lead for ISO 9001 compliance and drive internal audits and CAPA.
• Define and track KPIs (Perfect Order Rate, accuracy, damage rate, returns, complaints).
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for customer issues.
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
• Set receiving inspection standards and manage OS&D issues with suppliers.
• Implement pick audits, AQL sampling, and final shipment checks.
• Establish packaging standards to reduce transit damage.
• Oversee cycle count accuracy and ensure WMS data accuracy.
• Define processes for holds, traceability, and disposition.
• Develop standard work, audit routines, and training programs.
• Partner with Operations, Transportation, IT, Customer Service, and Procurement.

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, or business

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt / ASQ certification
