Job summary

Socket.dev seeks a Quality Management Specialist to ensure regulatory compliant service provision by investigating QM concerns, documenting findings, and guiding staff and management. You will monitor delivery, provide instruction, and support internal audits to drive corrective actions.

The role emphasizes adherence to Federal and NYS regulations, improving QM processes, and communicating needs to leadership. This is a full-time, non-exempt position within the Quality Management department.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Human Services or related is required.
• Experience with basic computer applications such as email and word processing.
• Driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of Human Services experience.
• Experience with Federal and NYS regulations governing services to people with disabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, document, and resolve QM concerns and issues.
• Monitor service delivery and provide instruction and feedback to staff and management.
• Support internal audits and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across programs and services.
• Communicate unmet needs to the director and VP for QM improvements.
