Qualifications

• 2+ years of industry experience in documentation.
• Working knowledge of quality systems to ensure food safety and quality.
• Strong interpersonal skills to include team building and oral communication.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Experience in working in quality systems documentation within the food manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure alignment of documentation with quality policy and SQF elements.
• Develop a strong connection with departments involved in the initial product setup.
• Develop a strong knowledge of plant floor activities.
• Support the maintenance of SQF certification.
• Support the maintenance of Kosher, RSPO, and Organic certification.
• Document control.
• Data Analysis.
• Personnel Training, Scheduling, and Supervision, and review.
• Corrective Action/Preventative action investigation.
• Inventory Management.
• Internal and External Audit Support.
• Coordinate with 3rd party vendors for various services (calibration, repairs, etc).
• Must be detail-oriented
• Good verbal and written skills.
