FedEx Logistics is seeking a qualified customs compliance reviewer to ensure accuracy and regulatory adherence across entries and documentation. The role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams and customers to deliver high-quality service.
The position requires a HS Diploma or GED and at least three years of business or customer service experience, with strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills. The role is hybrid with standard Monday–Friday hours.
Responsible for performing quality and compliance reviews of customs entries and related documentation to ensure adherence to customer requirements, government regulations, and company policies. Supports customs clearance activities by identifying and correcting entry discrepancies, maintaining compliance records, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to promote accurate and compliant processing.
HS Diploma or GED required.
Three (3) years of business or customer service experience.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: $21.14 - $29.59 USD Hourly
Additional Details: Shift: Monday- Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm (Hybrid). Must live within 50 miles from Location.
