Job summary

Vitra Health seeks a Quality Review Registered Nurse to provide clinical leadership, monitor processes, audit data, and drive evidence-based improvements within Massachusetts communities.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, cross-functional collaboration with clinical operations, field staff, and leadership; requires a strong RN background and ability to implement standardized workflows and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and a second language preferred.
• Willingness to travel within assigned region.
• Case management, behavioral health, social services and/or community health worker experience preferred.
• Office-based work with occasional field review.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and standardize clinical policies and procedures, ensuring documents are current and centrally managed.
• Review and revise policies in response to regulatory changes, operational needs, and best practices.
• Support standardized clinical workflows across communities.
• Assist with EHR implementation and ongoing utilization.
• Identify opportunities to improve clinical processes, documentation, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with leadership on clinical initiatives to enhance resident care and organizational effectiveness.
