Job summary

AlpHa Measurement Solutions seeks a Quality Manager to lead the company-wide QMS, regulatory and certification programs, and the Quality Assurance team. This role partners with Product Testing and Operations to ensure test methods, records, and release controls meet requirements.

The position oversees product verification, CAPA, audits, and regulatory compliance, reporting to the VP of Engineering with direct oversight of QA staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, quality, manufacturing, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum five years of progressive experience in quality assurance, quality engineering, manufacturing quality, or a related function.
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 and maintaining or improving a QMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continually improve the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and applicable requirements.
• Develop and lead the Quality Assurance team, set objectives, priorities, and training.
• Define and maintain quality procedures, inspection requirements, and release controls.
• Provide independent quality oversight of product verification and release activities.
• Lead internal and external audits (ISO, UL, CSA, FM, ATEX, customer, supplier).
