Job summary

Cotech Building Careers is seeking an experienced Quality & Compliance Manager to lead the Group HSEQ function. You will manage the Business Management System via SharePoint, drive ISO audits, and coordinate SSIP and related certifications across sites.

The role requires auditing expertise, ISO knowledge, and strong stakeholder communication. Based at head office with travel to various sites, offices and yards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar quality/compliance role in construction or housebuilding.
• Proven ability to implement and maintain management systems to ISO standards.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve the Company Management System (BMS) using SharePoint.
• Lead internal and external audits for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, 27001 and 14064-1.
• Coordinate SSIP and other certification schemes (BSI, FORS, SSIPs) across sites.
• Prepare monthly QA reports for the Group HSEQ Director and Regulatory bodies.
• Ensure non-conformances are closed promptly and actions tracked.
• Support policy development and updates to align with objectives and legislation.
• Travel to sites and offices to audit, advise and train staff.
