Job summary

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions seeks a Site Leader in Greer, SC for 2nd shift. Responsible for quality services, site leadership, and guidance to personnel while upholding client and company guidelines. Lead missions, ensure safety, and maintain positive site operations.

You will supervise inspectors, manage relationships with customers, and coordinate audits and documentation. Proactive, decisive leadership is essential to drive quality and efficiency onsite.

Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities preferred.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and site personnel.
• Set up and supervise missions at the site.
• Staff missions and train/validate inspectors.
• Coordinate changes in missions and respond to evolving needs.
• Identify nonconforming material and tag/isolate as needed.
• Conduct audits to verify work quality and compliance with standards.
• Perform visual, mechanical, and functional verifications per specs.
• Make independent judgments in subjective scenarios.
• Work as an inspector if required.
• Commit to reducing workplace accidents and following safety policies.
• Update daily system entries and maintain reports.
