Job summary

SoloPoint Solutions, Inc. in Los Angeles is seeking a seasoned Quality Leader to oversee ISO 9001 QMS, lead audits, and drive corrective actions across the organization.

You will guide Quality and Repair Center teams, develop quality policies and procedures, and coordinate with customers and suppliers on quality issues. Strong leadership and continuous improvement mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive quality experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of three (3) years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and auditing principles.
• Experience leading corrective action programs, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience with SPC, statistical analysis, blueprint reading, GD&T, and metrology techniques.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, and SMED methodologies.
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain compliance with the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, work instructions, and objectives to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership to Quality and Repair Center personnel, ensuring performance, training, and professional development.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer and supplier quality issues, ensuring resolution and effective communication.
• Lead root cause investigations, corrective and preventive action activities, and internal and external audits.
