Job summary

Georgia-Pacific in Waxahachie, TX, is seeking a Quality Coordinator to support product quality and safety programs, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and standards. You will partner with production to monitor quality performance, investigate issues, and drive continuous improvement.

As a key part of the leadership team, you will manage audits, calibration systems, and data communication across the facility while supporting BRCGS, SQF, and ISO practices.

Qualifications

1 year + experience in corrugated manufacturing or 3+ years in manufacturing/quality/leadership
Associate degree or recognized quality certification is required
Experience with basic computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and data tooling

Responsibilities

Support quality and product safety programs to meet customer specs and regulatory requirements
Lead audits and calibration programs for plant testing equipment
Investigate issues and drive root-cause analysis with production teams
Track quality KPIs and communicate trends to leadership
Support BRCGS, SQF, ISO standards implementation and improvements
Assist in customer engagements and site visits to add value
