Job summary

RJW Logistics is seeking a Quality and Compliance Lead to oversee the quality department, develop and maintain testing systems, and drive compliance across processes. The role emphasizes team development, training, and consistency in quality objectives to reduce inbound defects for RJW’s warehouse operations.

You will lead hourly inspectors, ensure adequate resources, and provide candid feedback to improve performance while collaborating with leadership to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications

• Leads quality team with a focus on compliance and training.
• Monitors and improves quality processes and defect prevention.
• Communicates findings and actions to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Train new Quality Inspectors and monitor performance.
• Ensure resources and tools are available for quality tasks.
• Lead adherence to retailers' standards and quality protocols.
• Drive process improvements and cross-training within the department.
• Mentor staff and support annual performance reviews.
