• Familiar with quality management systems such as ISO 9001 or AS9100.
• Meticulous with documentation for audits.
• Able to read mill certs and measure material.
• Willing to build the quality program rather than inherit one.

Responsibilities

• Run receiving inspection and verify mill certs against material.
• Maintain lot traceability and build cert packages.
• Log nonconformances and track corrective actions to closure.
• Handle customer complaints and returns.
• Write SOPs and keep versions controlled.
• Keep calibration current and track defects by supplier.
• Prepare audit documents and support audits.
• Audit the floor to ensure processes are followed.
• Collaborate with software team to address quality issues.
