Job summary

MetalTek International Carondelet Division seeks aQuality Manager to lead the quality department, ensuring compliant products are produced and shipped on time. You will review customer orders, maintain systems compliance, and write procedures while conducting audits and identifying training needs.

You will oversee material testing and inspection of incoming and outgoing products/services, implementing systems to monitor and continually improve to reduce errors and costs and support higher

Qualifications

• BS degree required.
• 7-10 years of quality systems experience.
• Experience with ISO 9001-2008, NORSOK, PED, ASME Section 9.
• Experience with AS9100, NADCAP, ASTM, 10CFR50, NQA1 / NCA3800 preferred.
• Ability to support customer audits.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for the Carondelet Division quality department to ensure compliant products are produced and shipped on time.
• Review customer orders/contracts for quality requirements and maintain systems compliance.
• Write and maintain Carondelet procedures; conduct audits and identify training needs.
• Oversee material testing and inspection of incoming and outgoing products/services.
• Implement systems to monitor and continually improve to reduce errors and costs and support increased throughput.
