Abraxas Youth and Family Services in Woodridge, IL seeks a Quality and Compliance Specialist to manage licensing inspections, audits, and accreditation processes. You will coordinate action plans, review policies, and serve as HIPAA Compliance Officer to protect residents and families.

This role requires a background in social services, strong data skills, policy development ability, and effective communication with regulators, staff, and partners.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 60 college credits in social sciences, healthcare or related field with five years related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in social sciences, healthcare or related field with three years related experience.
• Knowledge of data collection, data analysis, and performance improvement.
• Knowledge of licensing, contractual, and accreditation standards.
• Knowledge of residential treatment of delinquent and dependent youth.
• Ability to formulate and revise policies that meet licensing, contractual, and accreditation standards.
• Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and coordinate licensing inspections, contractual reviews, and accreditation surveys.
• Act as internal liaison for licensing, contractual, and accreditation representatives.
• Coordinate development and submission of action plans addressing citations.
• Review policy revisions to meet standards and maintain the policy manual.
• Serve as HIPAA Compliance Officer for the facility.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and documentation for monitoring and evaluation.
• Collect and maintain data for standards and performance improvement.
• Prepare reports, displays, charts, and visuals to support data analysis.
